After 25 + years in education and my own personal journey through cancer, burnout, and recovery, I created Calm & Cool SchoolÂŽ to offer families what I wish had existed sooner:
A consistent, doable rhythm for emotional wellness from sunup to bedtime. But this wasnât shaped by my story alone.
Year after year, I watched stress and anxiety grow inside my classroom.
Students trusted themselves less. They recovered more slowly. Even small disruptions felt overwhelming.
No one was teaching them how to find ease within themselves. So I built what was missing.
This system is rooted in neuroscience, movement, and mindfulness, integrating breathwork, meditation, EFT tapping, and guided relaxation, because regulation isnât a personality trait...Itâs a life skill.
