Each Sunday evening, we meet live on Zoom for deep nervous system practice. We ground together, work through real-life parenting scenarios, build awareness, and model what regulation looks like in action.

Inside that same community, I host two Facebook Live Q&A sessions each week to answer specific questions. That way, when we gather on Sundays, we can spend our time practicing and going deeper.

Live sessions are held Sundays at 7 PM ET, with two adjusted Monday evenings (April 6 and May 11) to honor holiday weekends. We will skip Memorial Day weekend, and our final live session will take place on May 31. All sessions are recorded.
