Calm & Cool School¬ģ is¬†a¬†daily approach to reducing the stress & overwhelm from¬†the school day for kids, teens, & parents.¬†This family energy practice is¬†designed¬†to¬†take the pressure out of morning, afternoon, and evening school prep. Equipped with weekly themed schedules already planned out for you with affirmations, mindfulness practices, mindful meditations, breathwork techniques, and EFT/tapping scripts, each day is broken down into¬†four manageable sections focusing on grounding in the morning, advocating and maintaining groundedness while at school, resetting after school, & winding down for bedtime. Go rogue and forget about the schedules and just have fun playing around in the energy practices library¬†and customize your own practices throughout the day.
