This is a 3-session, 1:1 EFT package designed to help you begin shifting one emotional pattern, stress response, or life theme with gentle, personalized support.

Each session is 75 minutes and takes place privately over Zoom. We’ll use clinical EFT/Tapping to tune in to what your nervous system is holding, gently release emotional intensity, and create space for relief, clarity, and steadiness.

3 sessions, ideally used over 3–4 weeks to support momentum. I honor your pace and  trust the timing of your process.
